Happy 2026!!! I wish you all the best for this new year.
I want to make a recap of 2025, a personal post, and what I’m looking forward to in 2026.
In retrospect, this was a great year for me. I went to Spain in 2024 and in 2025 earned my master’s degree in digital marketing from the Universidad de Salamanca. With that new knowledge, I founded my digital marketing agency, Heavy and Green (heavyandgreen.com), focused on music bands and sustainable brands. Of course, I also kept on writing on this music blog, in which I wrote about music news, music themes, and did albums and concert reviews, which I was lucky to attend here in Europe.
Besides my websites, I finally made a YouTube channel (Heavy & Green) to support my agency and blog, and also to learn and talk about other things. With this new adventure, I’ve increased my learning about video editing, analytics, data, research, etc. I record most of my videos in English, even though it’s not my native language, because I prefer it this way to have more reach and get a broader audience. And that’s one of my pieces of advice for you today. If you want to do something similar, don’t be afraid. It doesn’t have to be perfect. What’s important is your message. Plus, with every video, every writing, every post, you’re going to get better and more confident in your skills.
For 2026, I hope to keep growing my websites, my YouTube channel, creating more videos, and have clients in my agency, seeing more bands live, and enjoying the amazing music that’s to come.
Of course, not everything I plan always works out. Sometimes, I have to delay or make adjustments to my goals; it doesn’t have to be flawless. The key is moving forward. Working for something ahead is what provides meaning to our lives, and as Angra says, always Carry On.
