The Band
Sündenrausch (Sin Intoxication) is a German gothic metal band. Formed in 2011 in Hamburg. In the beginning, they played music that inclined more to a pop-rock sound, but then they slowly turned to a darker-heavy style.

The Album
Original Sin is Sündenrausch‘s third studio album. It was released on March 18, 2022. The album was made with the fan’s collaboration through crowdfunding donations and a grant from The Wacken Foundation. It was produced by Chris Harms, (Lord of the Lost‘s singer).
The Song
Original Sin, it’s the title track of the album. Counts with heavy synths, power riffs, English lyrics, and an overall atmospheric dark 80s sound. All of these ingredients are mixed with Kira‘s voice, which in this song also intertwined with Chris Pohl‘s (Blutengel‘s singer) low voice.
Being a fan of Blutengel and German gothic bands, I discovered Sündenrausch a while ago and liked this and other of their songs.
The video has a vampire vibe, so if you enjoy this kind of music and visuals, I would totally recommend it to you.
